Manchester Mango Bee-llini

Ingredients

• 1½ oz custom-mango--passionfruit-puree
• ¾ oz custom-honey-aperitif
• 3 oz Prosecco

Instructions

1. Add the mango & passionfruit puree and honey aperitif to a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Shake briefly to chill and integrate.
3. Strain into a champagne flute.
4. Top with Prosecco and stir gently to combine.
