A rich, dessert-style martini with deep vanilla, tonka, and coffee notes.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz custom-ron-santiago-8-year
- ½ oz custom-pedro-ximnez
- ½ oz Vanilla Vodka
- 2 dashes custom-tonka
- 1 oz Hot Coffee
Instructions
- Combine Ron Santiago 8 year, Pedro Ximénez, vanilla, tonka, and coffee in a shaker with ice.
- Shake vigorously to create a rich froth.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
